Mediation
In accordance with Law No. 6325 on Mediation in Civil Disputes and the Regulation on the Implementation of the Law on Mediation in Civil Disputes, published in the Official Gazette No. 30439 dated June 2, 2018, the procedures and principles governing the resolution of legal disputes through mediation have been duly regulated.
Pursuant to Article 15(8) of Law No. 6325 and Article 18(1) of the Regulation, the Mediation Commission was established by decision of the University Board of Directors to represent the administration in mediation proceedings.

Mediation activities are conducted by the Mediation Commission in accordance with the relevant legal provisions stated above.
