Mediation
In accordance with the Law on Mediation in Civil Disputes No. 6325 and the Regulation on the Law on Mediation in Civil Disputes published in the Official Gazette No. 30439 dated 02.06.2018, the procedures and principles to be applied in resolving legal disputes through mediation have been regulated.
In accordance with the eighth paragraph of Article 15 of Law No. 6325 and the first paragraph of Article 18 of the Regulation, the Mediation Commission was established by the decision of the University Board of Directors to represent the administration in mediation negotiations.
